TEVA launches this new series with the aim of offering the maximum guarantee of satisfaction in the product reception, without affecting its characteristics and quality.
Tecnicas Evaporativas, TEVA SL, has launched a new series of cooling towers and evaporative condensers with special dimensions for the optimal product export abroad.
Characteristics of the new special export series
Resized for 40-foot High Cube Containers
The High Cube containers have the structure of container standards but higher. Resize the series of cooling towers and evaporative condensers allows total adaptation to the standard transport, instead of requiring a special one. This not only lowers the cost of each individual shipment, but it also allows you to transport multiple units in the same space (High Cube 40 ft containers have a maximum space of 2.7 meters high).
This great adaptation has allowed TEVA to achieve greater business competitiveness in the international market.
Incorporation of wheels and adaptation to high temperatures
The special series of cooling towers and evaporative containers are supplied with all internal parts capable of withstanding high temperatures. In addition, wheels are installed to facilitate loading and unloading.
In this way, we ensure that the product arrives in perfect condition to its final destination, keeping the commitment to guarantee that TEVA has with its customers.
Low shipping costs and perfect condition
The main advantage of marine transport is the great storage capacity, essential to be able to compact cargoes and generate a better service.
40-foot High Cube containers, known as Dry Van, are one of the most commonly used standard containers, so adapting our series of products to the dimensions of such containers reduces shipping costs substantially.
The containers are completely closed on all sides so this system ensures that the equipment arrives in perfect condition to its final destination. This new manufacturing model has meant a great logistical improvement for TEVA.
Possibility of shipping to any place or continent
Although maritime transport is slower than air transport, it has many advantages: greater storage capacity, greater flexibility of transportable materials or greater weather stability supported by ships.
On the other hand, the reduced cost of maritime taxes makes this a more economical way of overcoming long distances, which facilitates the dispatch of equipment to remote geographical areas such as Africa, South America, or the Baltic States; places in which until now it had not been possible for TEVA to export products, due to the barrier of entry that implied the high cost derived from the transport in special containers.
This resizing has been done to offer the maximum satisfaction guarantee in the product reception, without affecting its characteristics and quality.
