Optimization and delivery of counterflow induced draft field-erected cooling tower with structure from pultruded fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP) for power plant in Czechia as a part of a new cooling circuit project generating savings on water consumption for the end-user along with selection of special equipment reducing the noise level.

Modular FRP cooling tower

Pre-assembly of modular cooling towers in workshop in Czechia with transport to a production site in Denmark focused on production of industrial gases. Fast installation of modules of induced draft counter flow FRP cooling tower including integrated modular FRP basin. Challenge by this project was to reduce the erection time on the construction site using the method of off-site manufacturing.
